The NiceVeedi panels are rated CRI 97+, meaning colors are rendered with very high fidelity compared to a reference light source. For video, this translates to accurate skin tones and true-to-life product colors without heavy color grading correction in post.
Brightness is continuously adjustable from 10% to 100% via the included remote. The dimming range is controlled in incremental steps using the up/down buttons, not a smooth analog wheel, so fine-tuning very low output levels may require multiple button presses.
Each panel is powered via USB-C at 5V/2A. You can run them from a USB wall charger (not included), a laptop USB-C port, or a USB power bank — making battery-powered location use practical without any proprietary power adapter.
The panels use a 356-bead LED array designed for stable output, but as with most USB-powered LED panels, flicker behavior at specific shutter angles and frame rates (particularly multiples of 50/60Hz) is not formally specified by the manufacturer. Testing at your target frame rate and shutter speed before a shoot is advisable.
The panels offer three discrete color temperature settings: 2800K, 4800K, and 6500K. These are fixed presets, not a continuously variable bi-color dial, so you cannot dial in intermediate values like 3200K or 5600K without using a gel.
