Alesis Nitro Amp 70W Compact Drum Monitor

The Alesis Nitro Amp is a purpose-built monitoring solution for electronic drummers who want to hear their kit without wearing headphones. Rather than occupying floor space like a traditional keyboard amp or PA speaker, the Nitro Amp clamps directly to your Alesis Nitro drum rack via an included mount arm and clamp system. This variable-angle mounting allows you to position the 3-inch full-range composite driver at ear level, directing sound exactly where you need it for optimal monitoring during practice sessions or lessons.

Powered by a 70W peak Class-D amplifier, the Nitro Amp covers a frequency response of 120Hz to 18kHz and reaches a maximum SPL of 98dB — enough to fill a practice room without overwhelming it. A front-panel level control provides quick volume adjustment, while the balanced/unbalanced TRS input connects directly to the Nitro drum module using the included 5-foot 1/4" TRS cable. The external power supply is also included, so the setup is straightforward out of the box. While it is not designed to replace a full-size drum amplifier for stage or rehearsal use, it offers a clean and convenient way to practice at comfortable volumes without the isolation and fatigue that headphones can cause over extended sessions.
