The Alesis Recital Pro is a full-sized 88-key digital piano built around hammer-action keys with adjustable touch response, designed to replicate the graduated weight and resistance of an acoustic piano. Three sensitivity settings let players tailor the key response to their technique, whether they prefer a light touch or a heavier, more traditional piano feel. The instrument offers 12 built-in voices spanning acoustic piano, electric piano, organ, synth, and bass, with effects including chorus, modulation, and reverb to shape each sound. Two 20-watt built-in speakers deliver clear, room-filling audio that suits practice rooms and small performance spaces without requiring external amplification.

Beyond standard play, the Recital Pro includes split mode for assigning different voices to the left and right halves of the keyboard, layer mode for blending two voices simultaneously, and record mode for capturing and reviewing your playing. Lesson mode supports structured practice, complemented by a 3-month Skoove premium subscription for interactive online lessons and a 30-day Melodics premium subscription with 100 virtual lessons. Connectivity includes a 1/4-inch sustain pedal input and 1/4-inch stereo headphone output for silent practice, along with stereo outputs for connecting to external speakers or amplifiers.
