What does "Renewed Premium" mean for the battery, and will I notice battery degradation?
Renewed Premium units are tested and guaranteed to ship with a battery at or above 90% of original capacity. On an XS Max, Apple's battery health indicator in Settings will show this — anything above 80% is considered acceptable by Apple, so 90%+ is a meaningful step above the floor and should provide a full day of normal use.
Will this XS Max support 5G networks?
No. The iPhone XS Max supports LTE (Gigabit-class LTE with 4x4 MIMO and LAA) but was released before 5G and does not include a 5G modem. It will connect at LTE speeds on all compatible carriers.
What is the cosmetic condition of the screen and body?
