Aputure 200d Amaran 5600k Video LED Light

The Aputure Amaran 200d is a 200-watt daylight-balanced COB LED light designed for video production, interviews, and content creation. At 5600K with a TLCI rating of 96+, it produces clean, accurate daylight that translates reliably on camera — reducing the color correction work needed in post-production. The native 105° beam angle covers a wide area from the bare COB chip, while the included Hyper Reflector narrows the output to a more focused 55° spread, giving users two distinct starting points before adding any third-party modifiers.

The Bowens mount is one of the Amaran 200d's most practical features, providing compatibility with a vast selection of softboxes, lanterns, beauty dishes, and other modifiers from Aputure and other manufacturers. This makes it easy to adapt the light for different shooting scenarios without being locked into a proprietary accessory ecosystem. Power flexibility is another strength: the light runs on AC mains (100–240V globally compatible) or DC input for field work with compatible battery systems. Wireless control via the Sidus Link app lets you adjust output from your phone, which is particularly helpful when the light is rigged on a high stand or boom. At 250W draw, the light does produce heat and some fan noise, factors worth considering for quiet, close-proximity recording setups.
