Behringer P16M Powerplay 16-Channel Digital Personal Mixer

The Behringer Powerplay P16-M is a 16-channel digital personal mixer designed to give each performer on stage complete control over what they hear in their monitors. Rather than relying on a sound engineer to adjust monitor sends, each musician can independently set the volume, panning, and 3-band EQ for every channel in their mix. This makes it especially valuable in worship settings, theater productions, and live bands where multiple performers need distinct monitor mixes without creating feedback or communication bottlenecks.

The P16-M connects to the broader Powerplay P16 distribution system using a single Cat5e Ethernet cable, which carries both the 16 channels of digital audio and power to the unit — eliminating the need for a separate power supply on stage. Multiple P16-M units can be daisy-chained or connected through a P16-D distribution hub, making the system highly scalable. The mixer itself is compact enough to mount on a mic stand or sit on a keyboard, and it offers preset storage so performers can save and recall their preferred mixes quickly between sets or services.
