Blackmagic Design ADPT-3GBI/OPT 3G SFP Optical Adapter

The Blackmagic Design ADPT-3GBI/OPT is a small-form-factor pluggable (SFP) optical module that converts 3G-SDI electrical signals to optical signals for transmission over single-mode LC fiber. It is designed to slot directly into the SFP ports found on select Blackmagic Design products, including the Blackmagic Studio Camera, Teranex converters, and ATEM production switchers. By moving the SDI signal onto fiber, the adapter eliminates the distance limitations of copper cabling, making it possible to route video across large studios, arenas, or multi-building production facilities.

The module uses standard Duplex LC connectors, so it integrates with existing fiber infrastructure without requiring proprietary cabling.
