This range opens up creative possibilities that a standard 18-55mm kit lens simply cannot reach — sweeping landscape panoramas, dramatic architectural perspectives, and immersive interior shots all become accessible. The optical design incorporates 14 elements in 11 groups, including one ultra-low dispersion (UD) element to control chromatic aberration and one aspherical element to minimize distortion and spherical aberration.
