Overview
Key Features
UP TO 25 dB GAIN - Add up to 25 dB of active inline gain before the microphone signal reaches your audio interface or mixer. The FC-1 helps bring low-output microphones to a stronger, more usable recording level without turning your interface gain close to maximum.
FOR LOW-OUTPUT MICS - Designed for low-output XLR dynamic microphones and passive ribbon microphones. A practical choice for podcast microphones, broadcast-style microphones, vocal mics and instrument mics that need additional gain. Not compatible with USB microphones.
48V PHANTOM POWERED - The FC-1 draws 48V phantom power from a compatible audio interface, mixer or external preamp to power its internal circuit. Phantom power is not passed through to the connected microphone, and no battery or separate power adapter is required.
SIMPLE XLR SETUP - Connect your microphone to the FC-1 input, connect the output to an XLR audio interface or mixer, and then enable 48V phantom power. The compact inline design integrates easily into podcasting, recording and live audio setups.
BUILT FOR CREATORS - Suitable for podcasting, voice-over recording, streaming, home studios, vocals, instruments and live performance. The compact metal housing is easy to carry and fits neatly into desktop or portable audio systems.
