The Elite Screens Designer Cut Series provides the same CineWhiteUHD-B projection material found in Elite's factory-built screens, delivered as a pre-cut roll for custom installations. At 135 inches diagonal in a 16:9 aspect ratio (70" high by 124" wide), it's sized for a large-format home theater experience. The material's 1.3 gain surface offers a modest brightness boost over unity gain, producing a punchy image from most projectors while retaining a wide 160-degree viewing cone that keeps the picture consistent for viewers seated off to the side. Full black backing is laminated to the rear of the fabric, blocking any light from passing through and improving perceived contrast—particularly beneficial in setups where the screen is mounted on a wall with windows or lighting behind it.

Because this is raw material rather than a finished product, the installation approach is entirely up to you. Builders commonly stretch it over a DIY wooden or aluminum frame, adhere it to a flat wall surface, or integrate it into a recessed wall cavity. The material is rated for resolutions up to 8K and supports active 3D content, so it won't be the limiting factor as projector technology advances.
