IK Multimedia IP-IRIG-KEYS2PRO-IN iRig Keys 2 Pro MIDI Keyboard

The IK Multimedia iRig Keys 2 Pro is a portable MIDI keyboard controller built around 37 full-size, velocity-sensitive keys—offering a playing experience closer to a traditional keyboard than the mini-key alternatives common in this size class. It connects natively to iPhone, iPad, Mac, PC, and Android devices, making it one of the more universally compatible controllers available. Whether you are sketching ideas on a tablet during a commute or recording a full session on a desktop DAW, the iRig Keys 2 Pro adapts to the platform without requiring additional adapters or drivers.

Beyond computer and mobile use, the standalone mode sets this controller apart from many competitors. When disconnected from a device, it functions as a standard MIDI controller, sending note and control data through its 2.5mm MIDI output to external synthesizers, drum machines, or sound modules. The built-in headphone output allows direct audio monitoring when paired with compatible apps, and the included SampleTank 4 SE software provides a substantial library of instruments and effects to begin producing immediately. At 23.82 x 8.35 x 2.52 inches and 4.2 pounds, it strikes a balance between full-size key playability and the portability that mobile musicians need.
