Kupo KG014512 2.3in Round Knob 1/4in-20 Female

When a standard knob starts to feel like a liability — slipping under the weight of a heavy monitor arm, a loaded magic arm, or a rigged accessory that gets repositioned dozens of times in a shoot day — the Kupo KG014512 is the part that solves the problem. The 2.3-inch round plate isn't just cosmetically oversized; the larger diameter directly translates to more torque per unit of hand effort, which matters when you're cinching down hardware repeatedly throughout a session. The integrated 1/4"-20 female thread keeps it broadly compatible across the standard photographic and grip ecosystem.

The three locking set screws are the engineering feature that separates this knob from standard alternatives. Once your accessory is seated and the knob is tightened, the set screws engage the shaft to resist both rotational drift and axial pull — the two failure modes that cause accessories to shift position under load. The aluminum alloy body keeps the hardware lightweight without sacrificing the structural integrity needed to handle heavier mounted loads. For studio builds and location rigs where any unwanted movement during a shot is unacceptable, this knob is a straightforward, confidence-building upgrade to standard mounting hardware.
