👎 Cons

This rim is explicitly designed for the LP845-JD John Dolmayan Mini Timbale, limiting its compatibility with other timbale models.
Its 6-inch diameter is small, making it suitable only for mini timbales and not standard-sized percussion instruments.
The black nickel finish, while appealing, may show fingerprints or smudges more easily than other finishes.
As a single component, this rim does not function as a standalone instrument and requires the specific timbale pack.
Availability might be tied to the John Dolmayan signature series, potentially impacting long-term replacement options.
