LG WKE100HWA WashTower 4.5 cu. ft. Washer Dryer Combo

The LG WashTower (WKE100HWA) reimagines the traditional stacked laundry pair by integrating a 4.5 cu. ft. front-load washer and a 7.4 cu. ft. electric dryer into a single, purpose-built vertical unit. Unlike conventional stacking kits that sit a separate dryer on top of a separate washer, the WashTower is engineered as one appliance with a unified Center Control panel positioned between the two drums at an ergonomic mid-height. This design eliminates the need to reach to the top of a tall stack to operate the dryer and creates a cleaner, more cohesive appearance. The unit measures 27 inches wide by 74 3/8 inches tall by 30 3/8 inches deep, fitting into the same footprint as a single front-load washer while delivering full-size capacity for both washing and drying.

Both the washer and dryer are equipped with LG's intelligent features. The washer includes AI DD technology, which uses sensors to detect load weight and fabric softness, then automatically selects the optimal combination of wash motions to improve cleaning while reducing fabric wear. It offers six wash programs including Normal, Bedding, Delicates, Heavy Duty, Speed Wash, and downloadable cycles, along with steam technology and an Allergiene cycle for sanitizing. The dryer features AI Sensor Dry, which monitors moisture levels and adjusts drying time accordingly, paired with the FlowSense duct clogging indicator to maintain efficient airflow. The Inverter Direct Drive motor provides reliable, quiet operation, and the TrueBalance anti-vibration system minimizes noise and movement. Built-in Wi-Fi connectivity enables remote start, cycle monitoring, and SmartDiagnosis v3.0 troubleshooting through the LG ThinQ app. The dryer supports 3-way venting for flexible installation.
