Overview

The Line 6 FBV Express MKII is a four-button foot controller designed specifically for hands-free operation of Line 6 amplifiers and POD multi-effects processors. Built with steel footswitches and a steel chassis, it is engineered to withstand the demands of live performance and frequent rehearsal use. The four channel switches—labeled A, B, C, and D—allow instant preset or channel changes on your connected Line 6 device, while a dedicated tap tempo function lets you sync time-based effects to your playing in real time. Bright LEDs on the surface clearly indicate the active channel, tap tempo status, and whether the expression pedal is assigned to volume or wah.

The full-sized expression pedal is one of the FBV Express MKII's most practical features, providing smooth and responsive volume swells or wah sweeps with a textured tread surface for secure footing. A chromatic tuner display is built directly into the controller, letting you tune silently on stage without referencing your amp's screen or carrying a separate tuner. Connectivity is handled through a locking RJ-45 jack and the included cable, which also powers the unit so no batteries or external adapter are needed. A USB jack is included for firmware updates and integration with Line 6's editing software. At 10 x 13 x 4.5 inches, the controller is compact enough to fit on most pedalboards while still offering a full-sized expression pedal.
