M-Audio Keystation 88 MK3 Semi-Weighted MIDI Keyboard

The M-Audio Keystation 88 MK3 is a full-size MIDI keyboard controller built for musicians, producers, and composers who need a complete set of 88 velocity-sensitive semi-weighted keys. The semi-weighted action strikes a balance between the light feel of a synth-action keyboard and the heavier resistance of a fully weighted piano, making it versatile enough for playing piano parts, synth leads, and orchestral arrangements. Onboard controls include a volume fader, transport and directional buttons, pitch and modulation wheels, and octave shift buttons — giving you hands-on command of your DAW without reaching for the mouse.

Setup is as simple as connecting a single USB cable to your Mac or PC; no drivers or power supply are needed. The Keystation 88 MK3 ships with a substantial software package including MPC Beats for beat-making, Ableton Live Lite for full production workflows, and several virtual instruments such as Mini Grand, Xpand!2, and Velvet. Its slimline profile keeps it manageable despite the full-size key bed, and a rear-panel sustain pedal input (pedal sold separately) adds expressive capability for live performance and recording sessions. iOS compatibility is available through an Apple USB Camera Adapter.
