The Pantograph supports a load of up to 26lbs suspended from 1' 6" to 6' 6" using only the friction device, while loads up to a maximum of 40lbs require the use of the optional springs. The pantograph can be adjusted to keep suspended loads from 2lbs to 10lbs perfectly balanced
The colored ring can adjust the pantograph's friction; this will ensure that the load remains stable when set in position, but that it will move smoothly up and down when necessary. It is advisable to use springs to aid raising the pantograph
Each pantograph extends from 1'6" to 6'6"
Nylon wheels with metal ball bearings ensure safe operation with loads of up to 39.5 lbs

Pros & Cons
👍 Pros
- Supports a substantial load of up to 26lbs using friction, and up to 40lbs with optional springs, for heavy lighting equipment.
- Features an adjustable friction device on the pantographs, allowing stable positioning and smooth vertical movement.
- Each pantograph extends from 1'6" to 6'6", providing a significant range for light placement.
- Equipped with nylon wheels with metal ball bearings, ensuring safe operation with loads up to 39.5 lbs on the carriages.
- Comes as a complete 4-light kit, including rails, pantographs, sliding carriages, mounting brackets, and safety cables for a full setup.
👎 Cons
- Maximum load capacity for pantographs is 26lbs without optional springs, which might require additional purchases for heavier lights.
- The extensive array of components may require a considerable amount of setup time and space.
- The specific dimensions of the rails (3 x 9' 10" and 2 x 16' 6") indicate a system designed for larger studio spaces.
- While flexible, the system is permanently installed, limiting portability for on-location shoots.
- Learning to adjust the pantograph's friction and balancing loads might have a learning curve for new users.
