Frequently Asked Questions
Does this disco ball set include any lights or motor of its own?
No. Both balls are purely reflective mirror spheres. You supply the coloured or moving light fixtures, and the facets scatter that light into a sparkling effect.
What exactly comes in the box for the price?
Two balls in different sizes — one 16-inch (40cm) sphere and one 20-inch (50cm) sphere — letting you layer scale in one room or dress two separate spaces.
Are the 16-inch and 20-inch measurements the diameter or the circumference?
Both figures are diameters: 16 inches equals about 40cm and 20 inches about 50cm. Measure your ceiling clearance against those numbers before ordering.
How are the balls mounted, and do I need special tools?
Each ball has a hanging mirror loop at the top for direct ceiling mounting. The seller states no complicated tools are required, so installation is meant to be quick.
What are these mirror balls made of and are they heavy?
They use a premium foam core faced with glass mirrors, which the maker describes as lightweight yet robust with a stable suspension design for long-term use.
What if a ball arrives with detached or broken mirror facets?
The seller notes that lenses can occasionally detach or shatter during shipping and asks that you contact them if your ball arrives damaged.
