The Miller AirCore AC-QC-BDP/UGN is a full body safety harness engineered for workers who spend long hours at height and need equipment that won't become a source of fatigue and discomfort. Its defining feature is the AirCore open-core padding technology, which replaces traditional closed-cell foam with a breathable construction that allows air to circulate through the padding. This directly addresses one of the most common complaints with fall protection harnesses — heat and moisture buildup against the body during warm weather or physically demanding work.

The harness is constructed with Miller's patented DuraFlex stretchable polyester webbing, which provides give and flexibility as the wearer moves, climbs, or reaches without the binding and restriction that rigid webbing can cause. Ergonomic contouring in the padding design reduces contact pressure around the neck, lower back, and inner thighs — areas where traditional harnesses tend to cause chafing and irritation.
