Overview

The Neewer NL-500ARC is a 24-inch round LED panel that uses edge-lit technology to produce soft, diffused illumination well-suited to portrait photography, product shoots, weddings, and video production. With 234 cool white and 234 warm white LEDs arranged behind the panel surface, it delivers a maximum output of 10,000 lux at half a meter and supports a bi-color range from 2500K to 8500K — wide enough to match virtually any ambient lighting condition or creative intent. Dimming is continuously adjustable from 1% to 100%, and an onboard LCD panel displays real-time color temperature and brightness readings for quick, precise adjustments.

Control options extend well beyond the onboard interface. The included 2.4G wireless remote provides on/off, dimming, and color temperature control at distances up to 164 feet in open conditions, which is useful when the light is mounted overhead or in hard-to-reach positions. For multi-light setups or stage productions, a DMX interface allows integration with standard DMX consoles. The aluminum shell incorporates ventilation channels to manage heat during extended use, and the dual power design — AC adapter for studio work plus a rear V-mount plate for battery operation — means the NL-500ARC transitions readily between indoor and outdoor environments. A carrying bag is included for transport and storage.
