Overview
Key Features
【Upgraded Multifunctional Speedlite】 NW645II-C Speedlite supports TTL, HSS (high speed sync) up to 1/8000s, optical slave mode, stroboscopic flashes, rear curtain sync, and other features. A high guide number (GN58, ISO100m) allows lighting from a longer distance. A clear LCD screen displays all the information you need for precise settings
【Premium Flash Output】 Flash output is adjustable from 1 to 1/128 in 1/3 increments according to the actual ambient light. 0.1–3.5s short recycle time and 1/300-1/20000s flash duration let you capture every moment. Stable 5600K daylight delivers a consistent color temperature to all shots
【Optical Slave Control 】 NW645II-C is compatible with original master flash units and can be activated by them when set on the same channel. It also supports S1 & S2 modes, where it can be triggered when the master units are in the manual mode and TTL mode
【Flexible Bounce Angles】 Flash head can swivel up and down between -7° and 90° and rotate 270° to bounce the light off a wall and help you get natural photographs with fewer shadows. The diffusers and reflector create a broad and diffused output with less harsh shadows
【Compatible Models】 Compatible with Canon EOS R6 R5 R3 R M6 850D 800D/T7i 760D/T6s 750D/T6i 650D 600D 7D Mark II 7D 6D Mark II 6D 5D Mark IV/III/II 1D Mark III 1DX 550D 500D 450D 90D 80D 70D 60D 50D 1100D 77D SL3/250D T7/1500D 2000D T100/3000D 4000D(NOT compatible with RP R50)

Pros & Cons
👍 Pros
- GN58 output is competitive for a shoe-mount flash, providing adequate power for bounced ceilings in large rooms and outdoor fill at moderate working distances.
- HSS up to 1/8000s enables wide-aperture ambient-light control in full sun — the technical prerequisite for outdoor fill-flash and environmental portrait work.
- 270-degree rotation and -7° to 90° vertical tilt gives a full range of bounce angles including floor bounce and horizontal wall bounce without repositioning the camera.
- 0.1-second minimum recycle time at reduced power allows near-continuous firing for event and documentary work when output is dialed back.
- Optical slave S1/S2 modes allow use as an off-camera fill without a radio trigger, triggered by another flash on the same set.
👎 Cons
- Not compatible with Canon RP and R50 bodies — a meaningful gap given the R50's popularity as an entry mirrorless body in the Canon ecosystem.
- At full power, the 3.5-second recycle time is slow by professional standards, requiring patience or battery upgrade for sustained full-power shooting.
- AA battery power (4× AA required, not included) means runtime depends entirely on battery quality — alkaline cells degrade quickly under sustained HSS use; rechargeable NiMH is effectively mandatory for serious use.
- No built-in radio receiver — wireless triggering beyond optical slave requires a separate receiver unit, adding cost and a hotshoe occupancy conflict on the flash itself.
