PreSonus EarMix 16M AVB Personal Monitor Mixer

The PreSonus EarMix 16M is a 16-channel personal monitor mixer built around AVB networking technology, designed to give each performer on stage independent control over what they hear. Rather than relying on a front-of-house engineer to adjust wedge mixes between songs, musicians can set their own levels, pan, and EQ directly on the compact hardware unit. Each of the 16 input channels features a 3-band equalizer and a limiter, and the same processing is available on the stereo main output — providing both tonal shaping and hearing protection in a single device.

Connectivity is handled through two AVB Ethernet ports that support daisy-chaining, allowing up to 24 EarMix units to be linked together on a single network with a StudioLive Series III console. Power over Ethernet support simplifies cabling by delivering power and audio over one cable. The unit includes signal-present and clip LEDs for each input along with an 8-segment stereo output meter, making it easy to monitor levels at a glance. With 16 locally stored mix scenes, stereo channel linking, and channel grouping, the EarMix 16M provides the flexibility performers need to fine-tune their monitoring experience night after night.
