Rokinon 100mm f/2.8 Macro Lens, K Mount Lens/Full-Frame Format, Aperture Range: f/2.8 to f/32, One High Refractive Index Element, One Extra-Low Dispersion Element. Features a Pentax K mount, and is compatible with full-frame sensors or APS-C sensors, where it will provide a 150mm equivalent focal length. A bright f/2.8 maximum aperture is useful for working in a variety of lighting conditions, the minimum f/32 aperture helps to attain a long depth of field when working with close-up subjects.
One high refractive index element and one extra-low dispersion element help to control chromatic aberrations and minimize distortions throughout the focusing and aperture ranges. An Ultra Multi-Coating has been applied to lens elements to reduce lens flare and ghosting for increased clarity, contrast, and color fidelity. Featuring a macro design, this lens affords a 1:1 maximum magnification ratio along with a minimum focusing distance of 1'.
Benefitting working with especially close subjects, this manual focus lens features an internal focus design to maintain the overall lens length during use. Additionally, the front filter mount does not rotate when focusing to better enable the use of polarizers, graduated ND, and other filter types that require precise positioning.
Compatible with Pentax K-Mount Model Cameras Such as: Pentax K-1, Pentax K-1 II, Pentax K-3 II, Pentax K-70, Pentax K-S2, Pentax KP

Pros & Cons
👍 Pros
- Achieves a 1:1 maximum magnification ratio and 1' minimum focusing distance for true macro photography.
- Features one high refractive index element and one extra-low dispersion element to minimize chromatic aberrations.
- Utilizes an Ultra Multi-Coating to reduce lens flare and ghosting, enhancing image clarity and contrast.
- The internal focus design maintains overall lens length during use, preventing interference with close subjects.
- The non-rotating front filter mount simplifies the use of polarizers and other specific filter types.
- Includes a comprehensive accessory kit with a 64GB memory card, filters, and cleaning tools.
👎 Cons
- This is a manual focus lens, which requires precise manual adjustment for focusing rather than autofocus capabilities.
- The lens has a fixed 100mm focal length, limiting its versatility compared to zoom lenses.
- As a K Mount lens, it is only compatible with Pentax K-Mount cameras, restricting use with other camera brands.
- The minimum f/32 aperture might be too narrow for some shooting conditions, requiring slower shutter speeds.
- While it has a bright f/2.8 maximum aperture, it is not as fast as some prime lenses available.
- The description states a 1-year limited Rokinon USA warranty, which may be shorter than some other lens warranties.
