When the alarm goes off, touch the snooze button on top of the clock to give you a few more minutes of sleep. Snooze can be customized to a time of your choosing from 1-59 minutes. If you don’t adjust the custom snooze, the default snooze time is 9 minutes.
3 Step Dimmer Control: 3-Level Adjustable Brightness -- The digital clock provides 3 levels of brightness (Off, Low, High) allowing you to select the most comfortable brightness for your room.
Electric Powered with “No Worry” Battery Backup: Plug into standard household wall outlet (This alarm clock is compatible with 110V/120V power outlets) to power the Sharp Big Bang Extremely Loud Alarm Clock. Battery Backup (Requires 2 x AAA batteries (not included)) This clock is electric operated; The battery backup is used for storing the time and alarm settings if the power is interrupted.
