Versatile Mounting Options: The bottom of the universal 15mm Rail support system with 15mm rod clamp also features a removable 2-in-1 quick-release plate. During attachment, you can secure the baseplate directly onto a tripod head clamp, or mount it directly onto a tripod using the 1/4'' and 3/8'' screw holes. Even when the quick-release plate at the bottom is removed, there are still screw holes for direct connection to a tripod

Additional Safety Features: The QR plate on top of the universal camera baseplate adopts an anti-drop anchor design, effectively preventing accidental slips of valuable equipment. The surface of the quick-release plate is also equipped with a rubber pad to prevent scratching of the camera. Additionally, quick transitions between a tripod and a gimbal can be accomplished swiftly using the side locking mechanism
