👎 Cons

The specific 1/4 strength might be too subtle for photographers seeking a more pronounced diffusion effect.
The filter's specific "warm, romantic feeling" might not be universally desired for all photographic styles or projects.
As a specialty filter, its application is limited to specific creative effects, not general-purpose lens protection or light reduction.
The 812 Filter is described as "Tiffen exclusive," which might mean it's not a standard, easily replaceable or universally understood color correction.
Requires careful consideration of lighting conditions, particularly in outdoor open shade, to achieve the desired effect.
The filter adds another layer of glass to the optical path, which could potentially introduce minor reflections or ghosting in certain extreme lighting situations.
