The Tilta Nucleus-M Motor Rod Mounting Clamp is a purpose-built accessory that bridges the gap between the Nucleus-M wireless follow focus motor and standard studio rod systems. It slides directly onto the Nucleus-M motor body and clamps securely in place, allowing you to position the motor precisely along your rods for optimal gear engagement with your lens focus, iris, or zoom ring. The clamp is machined from aluminum alloy and stainless steel, striking a balance between structural rigidity and minimal weight at just 0.03 kg.

Out of the box, the mount accommodates 19mm rods, which are common on studio and heavy-duty cinema rigs. For lighter setups using 15mm rods — the standard for DSLR and mirrorless shoulder rigs and baseplates — removable bushings are included that reduce the bore diameter for a snug fit. This dual-compatibility design means a single clamp can follow you across different rig configurations without needing separate mounting hardware, making it a practical addition to any Nucleus-M kit used in varied production environments.
