Tilta WLC-T03-K1 Nucleus-M Wireless Lens Control System

The Tilta Nucleus-M (WLC-T03-K1) is a professional-grade wireless lens control system engineered for cinema production environments where precise, reliable focus, iris, and zoom control is essential. Unlike simpler single-channel wireless follow focus units, the Nucleus-M provides three fully independent channels, enabling a focus puller, camera operator, or remote operator to adjust all three lens parameters simultaneously without interference. The system communicates wirelessly over a 1,000-foot range — upgradable to approximately 1.25 miles — making it suitable for everything from controlled studio sets to expansive outdoor locations.

Each motor in the system features a built-in drive, eliminating the need for a separate motor controller box and simplifying the rigging process. The motors use standard 0.8 mod cinema gears and mount to both 19mm and 15mm rod systems via included bushings. The FIZ hand unit provides tactile control with a marked focus wheel, while the left and right handle grips offer ergonomic operation for handheld or gimbal-mounted setups. Constructed from aluminum alloy, stainless steel, and Brazilian rosewood, the Nucleus-M is built to withstand the rigors of professional use. Power comes from commonly available 18650 rechargeable batteries, with the handle grips lasting up to 2 days and the hand unit up to 10 hours on a charge. Remote camera start/stop functionality is available through compatible R/S cables, rounding out a comprehensive lens control package.
