The Westcott FJ400 2-Light Backpack Kit provides photographers with a complete, travel-ready lighting system built around two 400Ws strobes. Each FJ400 unit features sub-second recycle times at full power and delivers over 480 full-power flashes per battery charge, making the kit well-suited to sustained on-location shooting where access to wall power isn't guaranteed. The 9-stop output range gives photographers fine-grained control over light intensity, from delicate fill at minimum power to full-strength key lighting. Color temperature remains stable at 5500K (±150K) across the output range, ensuring consistent results shot to shot.

The strobes feature an integrated FJ Wireless Flash System receiver and support Manual, TTL, and High Speed Sync modes up to 1/8000s, with Freeze Sync capable of reaching 1/19000s for capturing the fastest action. Additional features include continuous capture at up to 20 fps, a 20W LED modeling lamp with auto-adjust, rear curtain sync, and automatic memory recall.
