Westcott 4763 GOBO Pack Pattern Designs

The Westcott 4763 GOBO Pack: Pattern Designs is a set of ten metal gobo discs created in collaboration with photographer Lindsay Adler for use with the Westcott Optical Spot. Each 2.6-inch (66mm) disc features a precision-cut pattern that projects focused shapes of light onto subjects or backgrounds, enabling photographers to add dramatic visual interest to their images. The included patterns — Rays, Dotted Lines, Checkered, Victorian, Arches, Kaleidoscope, Abstract Shapes, Dotted Line, Rubik, and Criss Cross — lean toward bold geometric and linear designs suited for fashion, portrait, and editorial work.

Because the gobos work through the Optical Spot's focusing mechanism, photographers can adjust the sharpness of the projected pattern from crisp hard lines to softer diffused shapes simply by turning the focus ring. Pairing gobos with colored gels opens up further creative possibilities, allowing you to cast tinted geometric patterns across a scene. The metal construction ensures durability under the heat of continuous or strobe lighting, and the compact disc format makes it easy to swap patterns mid-shoot. Note that these gobos are sized specifically for the Westcott Optical Spot's included gobo holder and are not compatible with other projection attachments.
