Westcott 4764 GOBO Environmental Designs 10-Pack

The Westcott 4764 GOBO Environmental Designs 10-Pack is a set of metal pattern discs created in collaboration with photographer Lindsay Adler, intended for use with the Westcott Optical Spot. Each gobo is a 2.6-inch (6.6 cm) circular metal disc featuring a precision-cut design that, when placed in the Optical Spot's gobo holder, projects a focusable pattern of light and shadow onto a subject or background. The ten included designs span nature-inspired themes — Maple Leaves, Abstract Leaves, Bamboo, Tree Branches, and Palm Leaves — as well as architectural and graphic patterns like Prairie Window, Palace Window, Window Blinds, Thin Lines, and Floral Motif.

This variety makes the pack particularly useful for portrait, editorial, and fine-art photography where shaped light can add atmosphere and visual interest without requiring physical set pieces. Because the Optical Spot allows focus adjustment, photographers can project sharp, defined patterns or soften them for a more subtle effect. The metal discs are durable enough to withstand the heat generated during extended sessions. However, since these gobos are sized exclusively for the Westcott Optical Spot's holder, photographers using other brands of gobo projectors will need to verify disc diameter compatibility before purchasing.
