The seatpost uses a dual-mechanism suspension system combining an internal coil spring with a damper rubber insert. The coil spring handles larger impacts and compressions, while the damper rubber smooths out smaller high-frequency vibrations, resulting in a more comfortable ride across varying terrain. With 55mm of vertical travel, the seatpost provides a meaningful amount of cushion without dramatically altering the bike's geometry or pedaling feel.

Constructed from 6061 aluminum alloy, the seatpost weighs 498g and features a polished anodized finish that resists corrosion — a practical consideration for riders who encounter wet conditions. The 27.2mm diameter and 300mm length fit a wide range of bike frames, and the seatpost is marketed as compatible with road, mountain, track, fixed-gear, and BMX bicycles. A key feature is the adjustable preload mechanism at the base, which allows riders between 50kg and 100kg to fine-tune the spring tension to match their weight for optimal shock absorption.
