Overview

The Panasonic TC-19LX50 is a 19-inch flat panel LCD television built around a widescreen 16:9 display with a native resolution of 1280 x 768 pixels. Its 450 cd/m2 brightness and up to 800:1 contrast ratio deliver a vivid picture, while the C.A.T.S. (Contrast Automatic Tracking System) feature continuously adjusts contrast levels based on ambient lighting to keep the image looking natural whether you are watching in a bright room or a dim one. A motion-adaptive 3D Y/C digital comb filter further refines picture quality by reducing dot crawl and color artifacts from composite and S-Video sources.

Connectivity is well suited for analog and early-digital source equipment, with component video, dual S-Video, dual composite, and an RF coaxial input. The TV is HDTV-ready, capable of displaying 720p and 1080i signals through the component input when paired with an external HD tuner.
