Sony LYSB0038BEBUS-ELECTRNCS KDS-55A3000 TV Lamp with Housing

The Sony KDS-55A3000 Lamp with Housing (XL5200) is a replacement component designed to restore picture quality in the Sony KDS-55A3000 rear-projection television. Over time, projection lamps dim and degrade, leading to washed-out colors, reduced brightness, and eventually failure to power on. This replacement unit addresses all of those issues by providing a fresh lamp already seated in its housing assembly.

Because the lamp comes pre-mounted in the housing, installation is a matter of removing the old unit and sliding in the new one — there is no need to handle a bare bulb or transfer components between housings. The XL5200 model designation ensures compatibility with the KDS-55A3000, making this a straightforward way to get more years of use from a TV that still delivers a large-screen viewing experience.
