At its core are four copper heat pipes using Cooler Master's Superconducting Heat Pipe (SCHP) technology, which structures each pipe into distinct evaporator, adiabatic, and condenser sections for improved thermal transfer. The copper base plate makes direct contact with your CPU's integrated heat spreader, pulling heat away efficiently and distributing it across the aluminum fin stack where the bundled SickleFlow Edge 120 fan pushes it out of your case.

The SickleFlow Edge 120 is a PWM-controlled fan that operates between 690 and 2,500 RPM, delivering up to 70.7 CFM of airflow while topping out at 32.8 dB.
