The Corsair Hydro X Series XT Pressure Leak Tester Tool Kit addresses one of the most nerve-wracking steps in building a custom liquid cooling loop: filling the system and hoping nothing leaks onto your motherboard, GPU, or other expensive components. Instead of the traditional method of running coolant through the loop and watching for drips, this kit pressurizes your loop with air using a hand-operated pump. You connect the 20cm hose to any available G1/4" thread fitting on your loop, seal the remaining openings, and pump air into the system. The included pressure gauge, which reads from 0 to 2.5 bar, then tells you whether the system holds pressure or if it gradually drops — indicating a leak somewhere in the loop.
