Dell 96JXJ Precision M4600 M6600 DVD-RW Bezel

The Dell 96JXJ DVD-RW Bezel is an OEM replacement faceplate designed for the optical drive bay on Dell Precision M4600 and M6600 mobile workstations. Over time, these bezels can crack, break off, or go missing, leaving the front of the optical drive exposed and giving the laptop an unfinished appearance. This replacement part snaps directly onto the front of the DVD-RW drive tray, restoring the clean, factory look of the machine.

As a genuine Dell part, the 96JXJ bezel matches the original black finish and precise dimensions of the Precision M4600 and M6600 chassis. Installation is straightforward — the bezel uses the same plastic clip system as the original, so no tools or adhesives are required. It's a small but worthwhile replacement for anyone maintaining these workstation laptops in professional or production environments where appearance and build integrity matter.
