The Furman P-2400AR is a 20-amp rack-mountable power conditioner and voltage regulator designed to protect professional audio, video, and broadcast equipment from the full spectrum of AC power problems. Its True RMS voltage regulation continuously monitors incoming power and corrects it to a stable 120 volts, shielding connected equipment from sags, brownouts, and overvoltages that can cause audible artifacts, visual distortion, or outright hardware damage. Furman's proprietary SMP (Series Multi-Stage Protection) surge suppression technology absorbs spikes without the degradation that affects standard MOV-based surge protectors, while the LiFT (Linear Filtering Technology) AC filter removes line noise that would otherwise bleed into audio and video signal paths.

The unit provides 14 outlets arranged in isolated banks — twelve on the rear panel and two on the front — so that high-draw components do not introduce noise into sensitive signal equipment sharing the same circuit.
