Lenovo FRU93P4376 Thinkpad T61/R61 LCD Cable

The Lenovo FRU93P4376 is a genuine replacement LCD cable engineered for the ThinkPad T61 and R61 laptop lines. This cable provides the critical connection between the motherboard and the LCD panel, and over time it can wear due to repeated opening and closing of the laptop lid. When this cable begins to fail, symptoms typically include a flickering screen, intermittent blackouts at certain hinge angles, or a completely blank display — all of which this replacement part is designed to resolve.

As an official Lenovo Field Replaceable Unit, this cable matches the original factory specifications for routing, connector fit, and signal integrity. Installation involves removing the bezel and partially disassembling the display housing, so basic laptop repair experience or a good service guide is recommended. For ThinkPad T61 and R61 owners looking to extend the life of their machines rather than replace them entirely, this cable offers a cost-effective repair that restores full display functionality.
