Lenovo Legion 5: 15.6" 240Hz, i7-10750H, RTX 2060, 1TB HDD

The Lenovo Legion 5 is a gaming laptop that prioritizes smooth, high-fidelity gameplay at 1080p. Its centerpiece is the 15.6-inch IPS display running at 240Hz with 500 nits of brightness, 100% sRGB coverage, and Dolby Vision support — a combination that ensures games, movies, and creative work all look vibrant and detailed. Driving that panel is an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 with 6GB of GDDR6 memory, capable of handling modern titles at high settings and offering real-time ray tracing in supported games. The Intel Core i7-10750H provides six cores and twelve threads with boost speeds up to 5.0 GHz, enough to prevent CPU bottlenecks in the vast majority of gaming scenarios.

Beyond the core gaming specs, the Legion 5 is thoughtfully equipped for daily use. The 512GB PCIe SSD keeps the OS and key games loading quickly, while the 1TB HDD provides overflow storage for your broader library, media, and files — a practical dual-drive setup that many competing laptops at this tier omit. Connectivity is generous, with three USB-A 3.2 ports (one always-on for charging devices), a USB-C port with DisplayPort output, HDMI 2.0, Ethernet, and Wi-Fi 6. Audio comes through Dolby Atmos-tuned Harman stereo speakers that outperform most laptop speakers in clarity and spatial positioning. The built-in HD webcam with a physical privacy shutter is a small but appreciated security feature. At 5.42 pounds with a 230W adapter, it's not the most portable option, but it's a capable desktop replacement for gamers who value display quality and reliable performance.
