Monoprice 136375 Wall Mount Music Amplifier Bluetooth

The Monoprice 136375 Wall Mount Music Amplifier is designed for users who want clean, built-in audio without visible equipment clutter. Its Decora-style form factor mounts directly into a standard wall plate opening, blending seamlessly with light switches and outlet covers. Despite its compact size, the unit packs a 40-watt amplifier and a 3-inch TFT touchscreen for on-the-wall playback control, complemented by an included wireless IR remote for across-the-room convenience.

Input versatility is a key strength of this amplifier. Bluetooth 4.1 enables wireless streaming from phones and tablets, while USB and microSD card slots allow direct playback of stored audio files in a wide range of formats including lossless options like FLAC, APE, and WAV. An FM radio tuner and line-level aux input round out the source options. For custom installation professionals and home automation enthusiasts, the RS-485 connections enable integration into whole-home audio systems, allowing the amplifier to be controlled alongside other zones. The ultra-low total harmonic distortion ensures clean, refined sound output to connected speakers.
