Marvell 1.6GHz CPU and 512MB DDRII RAM. 2.5- or 3.5-inch SATA hot-swappable HDDs. 2 Gigabit LAN ports for multi-IP settings and port trunking. Also equipped with 4 USB ports and 2 eSATA ports for storage expansion or external data backup.

Windows, Mac, Linux, and UNIX. Windows Active Directory (AD), real-time system monitoring, detailed event logs, SNMP, instant SMS alert, Wake on LAN, and scheduled power on/off management are provided for the users to manage the NAS efficiently.
Built-in UPnP media server (with TwonkyMedia enabled) supports a wide range of media players and works well with NFS-supported High-Definition (HD) digital media players for HD video streaming.
