👎 Cons

While offering mesh capabilities, the product description does not specify if multiple Portal routers are required for mesh setup or if it's a standalone mesh-ready unit.
The AC2400 speed, while fast, might not be the absolute cutting-edge compared to newer Wi-Fi 6 or 6E standards available in other high-end routers.
The "gaming router" designation implies specific optimizations, but deeper technical details on these specific optimizations are not provided.
The reliance on a mobile app for control might not appeal to users who prefer web-based interfaces or more advanced manual configuration options.
The product name "Razer Portal" does not indicate the number of units included, which could be a point of confusion for those expecting a multi-unit mesh system.
