TP-Link Deco M3W Mesh WiFi Add-on Unit

The TP-Link Deco M3W is a purpose-built add-on satellite designed to extend the reach of an existing Deco whole home mesh WiFi system. Unlike standalone Deco units that sit on a shelf or countertop, the M3W plugs directly into a wall outlet, giving it an ultra-compact footprint that stays out of the way. Once plugged in and paired through the Deco app, it seamlessly integrates with your existing Deco network — devices connected to the M3W use the same network name and password, and roaming between nodes happens automatically without drops or reconnections.

The M3W adds up to 1,600 square feet of wireless coverage, making it well-suited for filling in specific dead zones such as a back bedroom, garage, or basement corner that your primary Deco units don't quite reach. It inherits all of the management features of your Deco system, including adaptive routing, parental controls, and device prioritization, with no separate configuration required. Because it communicates wirelessly with the rest of your Deco network, placement is flexible — any outlet within range of an existing Deco node will work.
