The Cooler Master i70C (RR-I7C7-18PA-R1) is a low-profile CPU air cooler purpose-built for Intel's LGA 1700 and LGA 1851 platforms. Standing just 70mm tall, it is specifically designed for compact and slim desktop builds where standard tower coolers simply do not fit. The heatsink pairs anodized black aluminum fins with a copper insert at the base, allowing for more efficient heat transfer from the CPU's integrated heat spreader into the fin array than a purely aluminum design would provide. This combination is rated to handle processors with a thermal design power of up to 95W, covering Intel Core i3 and Core i5 chips comfortably.

Cooling is handled by a 120mm PWM fan that operates between 650 and 1,800 RPM, connected via a standard 4-pin header for automatic speed control based on CPU temperature. The fan blades feature a frosted surface treatment that disperses the built-in ARGB lighting more uniformly, creating a smooth glow rather than distinct LED hotspots.
